CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms. You will manage Ping Identity suites, LDAP directories, and authentication workflows in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

You will implement SSO/MFA solutions, troubleshoot access issues, and drive automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs. The role demands collaboration with security, network, and application teams.

Formación

7+ years of IAM experience.
5+ years working with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or enterprise LDAP solutions.
3+ years of Linux and Windows administration.
3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsabilidades

Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci).
Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys solutions.
Troubleshoot authentication/authorization using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
