EY in Orlando is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with cyber security professionals to apply cutting-edge tools and address complex security challenges for diverse clients.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, configure connectors and workflows, and support integrations across Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with one or more IGA platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Certifications in IAM (CISSP, CISM) or vendor certs are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure connectors, custom connectors, rules, workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools.
• Design and architect solutions and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Leverage Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
