Job summary

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead identity-focused engagements, design and implement solutions, and mentor engineers. Strong communication with customers and deep expertise across Entra, Okta, MFA, and RBAC are required to align security with business goals.

You will drive assessments, advisory engagements, and delivery while upholding DGR's standards and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity.
• Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
• Experience implementing MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Familiarity with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of IAM solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
• Create implementation plans, technical docs, and deployment methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership through project lifecycles.
• Perform identity assessments, health checks, and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to identity practice standards.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and ensure security compliance.
