Job summary

DGR Systems is seeking an Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management to deliver identity projects and health checks for customer environments. You will support senior staff, implement identity solutions, and optimize security and user experiences while maintaining thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust concepts, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT with identity and access management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Exposure to Okta or other enterprise identity platforms preferred.
• Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver identity-focused projects, assessments, and health checks.

Description

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for an Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (AIM) solutions. This individual will be responsible for delivering identity-focused projects, assessments, and operational improvements while supporting senior engineers and architects on larger engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for learning, and a customer-first mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to implement, support, and optimize identity solutions that improve security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Identity Solutions Delivery

• Implement and support identity and access management solutions for customer environments.
• Independently deliver smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation engagements.
• Support medium and large projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Architects.
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with experience supporting identity and access management technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Exposure to Okta or other enterprise identity platforms preferred.
• Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity-related technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell or other automation technologies preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and consultative skills.
