Pax8 is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to ensure availability, security, and scalable identity management across internal systems. You will own lifecycle management, access governance, and automation patterns in a high-growth, AI-forward environment.

You’ll design IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-system integrations, mentor engineers, and contribute to governance initiatives while shaping platform standards used by thousands of employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• Expert in IAM, identity governance, and enterprise access controls.
• Extensive cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on with Azure AD Entra ID and lifecycle management.
• Skilled in automated provisioning/deprovisioning pipelines.
• Strong RBAC/ABAC and least-privilege enforcement.
• Automation-focused with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD and integration platforms (n8n).

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and document enterprise IT systems and automations.
• Lead large projects including architecture, security, and readiness.
• Maintain automation standards for availability and security.
• Provide senior escalation support for incidents.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to governance initiatives.
