Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of internal systems. You will drive automation, identity governance, and integrations across Azure/AWS/GCP environments from a remote USA base.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise IT projects, defining best practices, and mentoring engineers within Pax8's Technology Services team. A hands-on, senior-level contribution is required to scale identity platforms globally.

Qualifikationen

• Subject matter expertise in IAM, identity governance, and access management.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD) lifecycle, access governance, and app integrations.
• Strong automation mindset with provisioning/deprovisioning pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot high-severity and complex incidents, guiding engineering teams to resolution.
• Lead design, deployment, and documentation of enterprise IT systems and automation workflows.
• Establish and enforce standards for availability, security, and automation reliability.
• Act as senior escalation point for critical incidents with risk-aware automation improvements.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability.
• Build and maintain API-driven automation across identity platforms and SaaS applications.
