Job summary

Equifax in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a senior IAM leader to helm our zero-downtime PingFederate environment. You will guide a squad of 10+ engineers, drive the SSO roadmap, and oversee agentic AI workflows that monitor and self-heal critical identity services.

This role emphasizes Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitOps to keep configurations reproducible and secure, ensure high availability, and support passwordless authentication strategies for enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing PingFederate in high-availability environments.
• Experience leading a team of 8–10 engineers and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Designs for zero-downtime upgrades, auth traffic, and credential lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins; IaC and GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and passwordless authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 10+ identity engineers, fostering excellence and reliability.
• Own the SSO roadmap for Tier 0 PingFederate infrastructure.
• Act as Incident Commander during outages and drive post-mortems.
• Deploy AI workflows to monitor health and enable self-healing.
• Standardize config and deployments with IaC and GitOps.
