Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions, in a demanding 24x7 environment.

You will administer SSO, MFA, and Passkey solutions; troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues; participate in on-call rotations; and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure availability, security and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience across enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years with Linux and Windows administration.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, and Passkeys solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization across SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
• Collaborate with infra, network, and security teams to resolve issues.
• Automate operations using scripting and APIs.
