Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
• Hands-on with Okta (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Mgmt, OAG).
• Strong authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.
• Working knowledge of AWS (VPC, ALB/ELB, networking, controls).
• Experience with AD/LDAP and federation.
• Strong troubleshooting and scripting: PowerShell, Python.
• PM/Program management experience across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IAM expertise across cross-functional project teams.
• Define long-term objectives and plans for the company's technical IAM vision.
• Develop innovative IAM solutions and maintain IAM infrastructure.
• Document security assessments and audits to identify risks.
• Design, engineer and expand the IAM service footprint with leadership.
• Configure Okta architecture including SSO, MFA, lifecycle mgmt, policies.
• Integrate enterprise apps (SAML, OIDC) and manage authentication flows.
• Collaborate with security and technology teams on IAM strategy and roadmap.
