Job summary

The role oversees a team of 4–6 engineers and contractors, driving secure, scalable identity solutions and platform modernization across the organization.

The candidate will manage day-to-day IAM operations, governance, and lifecycle management, collaborating with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering, operations, or technical delivery teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and modern identity governance concepts.
• Experience managing employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop IAM engineers, contractors, and technical specialists.
• Own operational health, support, maintenance, and engineering delivery for the myComcastAccess platform.
• Drive SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platform strategy, adoption, and enhancements.
• Manage IAM operations, escalations, service reliability, and capacity planning.
• Partner across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams.
• Provide executive-ready presentations, roadmap updates, and status reporting.
