Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions in New Jersey seeks a Senior Manager, IAM Engineering to lead strategy, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement of Comcast’s Identity and Access Management platform. The role oversees a team of 4–6, partners with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Business teams, and drives SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic initiatives.

You will ensure secure, scalable identity solutions, provide executive updates, and advance automation and cloud identity practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years IAM experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering, operations, or technical delivery teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and modern identity governance concepts.
• Experience managing employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale IAM operations and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop IAM engineers, contractors, and technical specialists.
• Own operational health, support, maintenance, and engineering delivery for the myComcastAccess platform.
• Drive SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platform strategy, adoption, and enhancements.
• Manage IAM operations, escalations, service reliability, and capacity planning.
• Partner across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams.
• Provide executive-ready presentations, roadmap updates, and status reporting.
• Oversee identity governance, provisioning, certifications, lifecycle management, and application onboarding.
• Advance cloud identity, automation, APIs, DevOps, and platform engineering practices.
• Leading the development and operational support of advanced identity and access management solutions, ensuring they're scalable and meet business requirements.
