Job summary

Comcast is seeking an IAM-focused professional to design and implement security measures for identity and access management. You will coordinate with Cybersecurity Operations and Application Development teams, review business requirements, and maintain security solutions to safeguard critical systems and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management, enterprise applications, or information technology systems.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as: SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0.
• Experience troubleshooting application access and authentication issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identity Platform Operations & Support: Provide operational support for IAM platforms and related systems; monitor, respond to incidents and perform maintenance.
• Application Onboarding & Access Management: Assist onboarding of enterprise applications, configure SSO/MFA, validate configurations, and manage entitlements.
• Incident Response & Problem Management: Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and participate in after-hours rotations as needed.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to improve services and automate where possible.
