Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity/Infrastructure/Cloud security.
• 5+ years managing non‑human identities, service/application/workload identities.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or similar platforms.
• Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, and privileged access solutions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, LDAP, PKI.
• Experience in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or multi‑cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot identity issues.
• Experience with enterprise change management and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and support non‑human identity solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.
• Develop automated provisioning, credential rotation, secret management, and certificate lifecycle processes.
• Onboard and migrate service accounts, workload identities, and machine credentials into identity platforms.
• Configure privileged access controls using PAM and secrets management technologies.
• Eliminate hardcoded credentials and modernize authentication across apps.
• Design and maintain automation with PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Terraform.
• Integrate identity controls into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and certificate issues.
• Support large‑scale remediation of dormant accounts and excessive permissions.
• Manage identity platforms, directories, and secrets vaults; monitor activity.
• Conduct access reviews ensuring least‑privilege principles.
