Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Sr Software Engineer for Identity and Access Management in Las Vegas to design, implement, and lead IAM initiatives across the enterprise. The role requires hands-on expertise in identity services, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and related standards, with a strong background in vendor products and cloud integrations.

You will partner with Engineering, Compliance, IT and HR to build scalable IAM solutions, secure access, and drive security best practices in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant IAM experience.
• Design, build and deployment of IAM solutions across web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Contribute inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust identity management program.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor MGMRI’s IAM systems and beyond.
• Assess requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs.
• Help build technical and non-technical processes, policies, and standards reflecting security best practices.
• Build mutual trust with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR.
• Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization.
