Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management professional to design, implement, and operate IAM policies and systems across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes ForgeRock OpenIDM/OpenDS, Linux administration, and automation to ensure secure access and compliance. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize authentication workflows, integrate MFA solutions, and collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to safeguard enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Identity & Access Management or directory services engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM and/or OpenDS (or Ping Identity products).
• Strong Linux administration and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM infrastructure including ForgeRock/OpenIDM, OpenDS, and related services.
• Monitor health and performance; perform upgrades, patching, and change control.
• Develop automation scripts ( Bash/Python ) and CI/CD pipelines for IAM configurations.
