Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Domain Architect – IAM to lead enterprise identity architecture across healthcare-focused platforms. The role is remote and contract-to-hire, requiring deep expertise in Entra ID, SailPoint, AD, and ServiceNow identity flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT architecture or identity domain, healthcare focus.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise identity architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, SailPoint, AD, ServiceNow identity flows, and SAML/OIDC.
• Ownership of platform-boundary and estate-rationalization decisions across HCM/ITSM/directory/IGA estate.
• Experience leading birthright-access design at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency in TOGAF or C4 Model architecture frameworks.
• Experience directing contracted engineering resources against architecture specs.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of enterprise identity architecture across platforms.
• Develop and maintain identity technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee implementation of identity solutions by platform teams and contractors.
• Serve as design authority across platform teams and translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Propose identity standards for CISO ratification and govern risk-exception processes.
• Mentor junior architects and evaluate vendor engineering staff.
