Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead a large-scale enterprise IAM strategy and modernization effort. You will own workforce identity, privileged access, and governance across cloud and SaaS platforms, guiding engineering, operations, and product teams.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive IaC and CI/CD practices, and ensure secure-by-default implementation with high availability and zero-trust principles.

Qualifications

• Set IAM strategy, architecture, and capability roadmap aligned to business and security goals.
• Provide executive ownership for workforce identity, privileged access, identity governance, authentication, authorization, federation, external identity, and directory services.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into investments, maturity outcomes, and product roadmaps with clear benefits.

Responsibilities

• IAM strategy, architecture, and capability roadmap development.
• IAM engineering across Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, Azure, AWS, and SaaS integrations.
• Operational performance, monitoring, runbooks, and continuous improvement of IAM services.
• Collaborate on IAM product management and maturity initiatives across teams.
