Job summary

Baker Tilly is hiring a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) for our Enterprise IT team.

This leader will define and execute a modern identity strategy for a large, complex enterprise of more than 15,000 users; improve IAM maturity, reliability, automation, and user experience; and ensure identity services securely enable workforce, privileged, B2B, and B2C use cases across cloud and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certifications in identity/security (e.g., Microsoft, SailPoint) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set IAM strategy, architecture, and capability roadmap aligned to business and cloud strategies.
• Lead IAM engineering across Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, Azure, AWS, and related platforms.
• Own operational performance, incident management, monitoring, and governance for IAM services.
• Operate IAM as an enterprise product with defined customers, outcomes, and adoption measures.
• Lead teams, drive AI-enabled IAM improvements with human oversight, and manage vendor strategy.
