Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, or related tech roles.
• 5+ years leading managers/senior technical teams.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint; SSO/federation; MFA/passwordless; conditional access.
• Experience integrating IAM with Workday, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Set IAM strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead IAM engineering across Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, Azure, AWS, and associated platforms.
• Own operational performance, reliability, and service management for IAM.
• Operate IAM as a product with defined customers, outcomes, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead external identity patterns, B2B/B2C federation, and governance.
• Mentor teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive AI-enabled improvements.
