Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) for its Enterprise IT team. This leader will define and execute a modern identity strategy for a large enterprise of more than 15,000 users, improving IAM maturity, reliability, automation, and user experience across cloud and SaaS platforms.

The role leads people, platforms, partners, and operating outcomes across a range of IAM technologies, with emphasis on security best practices, zero trust, and scalable

Qualifications

12+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, or related tech leadership experience.
5+ years leading managers or senior technical teams.
Experience implementing IAM in large enterprises (15,000+ users).
Proven modernization of identity platforms and IaC/CI/CD.
Strong vendor and governance coordination.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise IAM strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
Lead IAM engineering across multi-cloud and SaaS platforms.
Own operations, reliability, and service management for IAM services.
Drive AI-enabled IAM initiatives with governance and risk controls.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk and business leaders.
