Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Director of Identity and Access Management to define and execute a modern IAM strategy for a large enterprise of more than 15,000 users. The role drives architecture, governance, and platform modernization across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise systems, leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Microsoft identity/security certification (e.g., Identity and Access Administrator).
• SailPoint certification or equivalent identity governance certification.
• Experience 12+ years in IAM/cybersecurity/enterprise infra roles.
• 5+ years leading managers/senior technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap for workforce, privileged, and external identities.
• Lead IAM engineering across Entra ID, AD, SailPoint, Azure, AWS, Workday, and integration platforms.
• Own operational performance, incident management, and service health of IAM services.
• Develop enterprise identity patterns and governance, leverage IaC/CI/CD for platforms.
• Drive B2B/B2C identity capabilities, federation, SSO, and zero-trust controls.
