Qualifications

• 12+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or related roles.
• 5+ years leading managers/senior teams.
• Experience in large enterprise IAM with 15k+ users.
• Proven modernization of IAM using Entra ID, AD, and SailPoint.
• Experience integrating IAM with Workday and other apps.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM strategy, target-state architecture, and roadmaps.
• Lead IAM engineering across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Own operational performance, incident management, and runbooks.
• Oversee IAM governance, access lifecycle, and vendor management.
• Drive AI-enabled IAM initiatives with governance.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders.
