Job summary

Workiy is seeking a Technical Design Lead, IAM, to design and implement enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You will lead the technical design through the SDLC, collaborate with product, security, architecture, and dev teams, and drive identity lifecycle management, access controls, and SSO/MFA implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IAM experience including solution design and implementation.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead technical design across SDLC with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor IT staff while managing priorities and delivering migrations.
