Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior IAM leader and architect to design, lead, and deliver large-scale IAM programs for enterprise clients. This role is hands-on and focuses on Saviynt, combining solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client advisory skills to drive IAM transformations.

You will work with executive stakeholders, guide global delivery teams, and shape IAM strategy across Identity Governance, PAM, and Cloud Identity Security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IAM experience including architecture and delivery leadership.
• Hands-on with Saviynt and large-scale IAM transformations.
• Experience across hybrid and multi-cloud IAM environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, CyberArk, and related access management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt IGA, PAM, CIEM, and related platforms.
• Lead end-to-end IAM implementations from strategy and design through deployment and handoff.
• Act as primary technical advisor and trusted partner for client executives and security leaders.
• Guide global delivery teams and ensure high-quality project execution.
• Support business development activities, including solution design and client presentations.
• Mentor IAM consultants and architects while contributing to best practices and delivery standards.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior IAM leader and architect to design, lead, and deliver large-scale Identity & Access Management programs for enterprise clients. This is a hands‑on consulting role focused on Saviynt, where you’ll combine solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client advisory skills to drive successful IAM transformations.

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, lead global delivery teams, and help shape IAM strategy across Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Cloud Identity Security.

What You’ll Do

• Architect enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt IGA, PAM, CIEM, and related platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end IAM implementations, from strategy and design through deployment and operational handoff.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for client executives and security leaders.
• Guide global delivery teams and ensure high‑quality project execution.
• Support business development activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor IAM consultants and architects while contributing to best practices and delivery standards.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience, including solution architecture and delivery leadership.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Saviynt and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
• Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and related access management platforms.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, or related IAM certifications.
• Experience leading global or distributed delivery teams.
• Knowledge of emerging IAM trends, including Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) and identity analytics.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience customizing IAM solutions to meet complex business and security requirements.
