Job summary

IDMWORKS, a forward‑thinking IAM solutions firm, is seeking an IAM Architect specializing in Saviynt to design, implement, and maintain robust access control and identity management frameworks. You will lead IAM projects from conception to completion, collaborate with security, IT ops, and app teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while staying current with IAM trends.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
Experience within the past 5 years leading a Saviynt implementation.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
Hands‑on experience with AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, PKI.
Experience with IAM platforms/tools such as Saviynt, MIM, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
Develop and maintain IAM policies and standards for regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with security, IT ops, and application development to integrate IAM into systems.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and remediation steps.
Stay current with IAM technologies and trends to enhance security posture.
Provide guidance on IAM-related matters including access control, authentication, and governance.
Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion.
Represent the organization in industry forums and working groups.
