Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Associate Vice President, IAM Managed Services to lead delivery and growth of large-scale IAM engagements. You will own outcomes across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services, guiding offshore/onshore teams and driving automation and improvements at scale.

The role requires 10+ years in IAM with 5+ in leadership, plus experience with major IAM platforms; travel up to 50% is expected. Deloitte offers a senior leadership opportunity in a global cyber practice.

Qualifications

10+ years of Identity and Access Management experience, incl 5+ years in managed services leadership.
Experience implementing or operating IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/security or related.
Ability to travel ~50% on average.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM managed services across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services.
Own service outcomes for blended onshore and offshore delivery teams, including SLAs, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary delivery relationship owner for assigned accounts; lead governance, status reporting, incident response, risk mitigation, and financial performance.
Drive service improvement through automation, tooling modernization, and identity-management practices.
Lead account expansion, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities, including solution scoping, staffing models, delivery approaches, and pricing.
Mentor managers, leads, and engineers through career guidance, coaching, and performance management.
