Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Senior IAM Architect to define and drive the strategic IAM program across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will partner with senior IAM leadership to translate business goals into architecture, oversee secure integrations, and mentor engineers while balancing security, privacy, and usability.

The role requires 10+ years in IAM, hands‑on experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint or Ping Identity, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience with leadership in a consulting or large enterprise environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols and standards (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP).
• Hands‑on experience with at least two major IAM technologies (Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, reference patterns, and roadmaps across authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, privileged access, and account protection.
• Engage in executive‑level conversations, translate business goals into IAM requirements, coordinate with product owners for feasibility and interoperability.
• Assist with technical design and implementation for authentication (MFA, SSO), authorization models (RBAC, ABAC), identity provisioning, lifecycle, and privileged access controls.
• Evaluate IAM tools and provide recommendations for integration with the existing platform balancing security, privacy, and usability.
• Architect secure integrations between IAM platforms and applications, directories, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
