Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Operate team leads IAM managed services engagements, delivering governance, PAM, SSO/MFA, and directory services at scale for complex clients. The AVP owns delivery outcomes, drives automation, and oversees onshore/offshore teams, renewals, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
5+ years in a managed services or IT operations leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM managed services across IGA, PAM, Access Management and Directory Services.
Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore delivery teams; manage SLAs, KPIs, staffing and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary delivery relationship owner; lead governance, status reporting, incident response and risk mitigation.
Drive automation, tooling modernization and identity-management practices across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments.
Lead account expansion, renewals, RFPs/IRs, including scoping, staffing models, delivery approaches, and pricing.
Mentor managers, leads and engineers through career guidance and performance management.
