Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience including leadership in managed services
• Experience implementing or operating one or more identity platforms listed
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Willingness to travel ~50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services
• Own service outcomes for onshore/offshore delivery teams with SLAs and KPIs
• Serve as delivery relationship owner for accounts; govern, report, and manage risk and finances
• Drive automation and modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
• Lead account expansion, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities, including staffing and pricing
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers with career guidance and performance management
