Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Operate team seeks an AVP for IAM Managed Services to lead delivery across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services. You will manage blended onshore/offshore delivery, governance, and client satisfaction while driving automation and growth.

The role requires 10+ years in IAM with a strong managed services background, travel around 50%, and a track record of leading large teams and complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• 5+ years in a managed services or IT operations leadership role
• Experience implementing or operating IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Ability to travel approximately 50% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and performance metrics
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts, including governance, reporting, incident response, risk mitigation, and financials
• Drive automation and tooling modernization to improve identity-management practices across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Lead account expansions, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities with solution scoping and staffing models
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers with career guidance and performance coaching
