Job summary
Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, IAM Managed Services to lead delivery, growth, and continuous improvement of large-scale IAM engagements. You will own outcomes across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services while driving innovation and renewals for a diverse client portfolio.
The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to mentor a large team across onshore and offshore delivery, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Identity and Access Management with leadership experience.
- Experience with managed services or IT operations leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across governance, PAM, access, and directory services.
- Own service outcomes for blended delivery teams, including SLAs, KPIs, staffing, and client satisfaction.
- Lead governance with executives, reporting, incident response, risk, and financial performance.
- Drive automation and modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
- Lead account expansions, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities, including pricing and staffing models.
