Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, and maintain Enterprise IAM solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, and Entra ID, translating business requirements into scalable, secure delivery while guiding policy and governance for complex environments.

You will engage with clients in a hybrid model, balancing security with business goals and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement RBAC, SoD controls, and compliance-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with IAM/IGA platforms and enterprise identity management.
• Experience implementing SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, and access governance.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SSO, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions for clients.
• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint policies and connectors; configure rules and integrations.
• Implement and operate enterprise IAM tools and workflows across environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define entitlement governance and risk controls.
• Support integration across directories and governance platforms; ensure audits pass.
