Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt, SailPoint, and Entra ID ecosystems. You will work with clients to implement policies, connectors, and workflows, ensuring alignment of security management with business goals in a hybrid client-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IAM platform experience, strong governance and compliance understanding, and excellent collaboration skills to engage

Qualifications

• Hands-on with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Entra ID).
• Experience with RBAC, role lifecycle governance and entitlements modeling.
• Knowledge of SoD, policy management, and regulatory/audit IAM controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing IAM policies and connectors across Saviynt/SailPoint.
• Configure connectors, rules, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Implementing and maintaining IAM tools and enterprise directories (AD, Azure AD).
• Designing solutions and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
• Leverage MFA, SSO, SCIM, REST APIs, and SQL for integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver IAM services.
