Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise identity and access management solutions. You will work across SailPoint IIQ/ISC and Saviynt EIC, integrating with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO to strengthen client security postures.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specs, and guide governance through RBAC, attestations, and role mining. This is a hybrid role in the US with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms and deployment.
• Experience implementing SailPoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt EIC.
• Familiar with joiner/mover/leaver and access requests.
• Experience with access reviews and entitlement governance.
• RBAC design and role lifecycle governance.
• Cloud IAM platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) experience.
• Regulatory/compliance awareness (GDPR, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and connectors.
• Configure connectors, rules, workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Manage and maintain enterprise IAM tools and architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Leverage Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions and governance processes.
