Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot a broad IAM landscape across client engagements. You will collaborate with skilled teams to apply cutting‑edge tools, balance business goals with security, and deliver enterprise IAM solutions.

You’ll work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Entra ID, and other IAM technologies, translating business needs into technical delivery while aligning with governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience implementing RBAC and role lifecycle governance.
• Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver, certification and access request processes.
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement governance, and provisioning workflows.
• Understanding of identity risk scoring and SoD controls.

Responsibilities

• Developing Saviynt /SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules.
• Configuring Saviynt/SailPoint connectors and integrations.
• Implementing, managing and maintaining IAM tools.
• Designing and architecting IAM solutions with process redesign.
• Translating business requirements into technical specs and delivering.
• Leveraging AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA and SSO in solutions.
