Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst to secure digital identities by designing, implementing, and managing access policies, user lifecycles, and authentication systems.

You will lead initiatives, apply rigorous analysis, and set identity management standards across the organization. The role collaborates across teams to implement solutions, manage certificate lifecycles, and fulfill Service Now requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of total relevant work experience.
• Extensive PKI, X.509, Venafi CLM experience.
• Deep knowledge of MS ADCS and external cert partners (e.g., Digicert).
• Experience with IAM in complex environments (data center, cloud, hosted/vendor solutions).
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and certificate-based auth.

Responsibilities

• Secure identities by designing and managing access policies and lifecycles.
• Lead high-profile IAM initiatives and establish standards across the org.
• Influence technical direction and partner on implementations.
• Plan and execute CLM driven projects and related Service Now requests.
• Monitor system health and improve observability and automation.
• Perform incident and problem management as needed.
