Job summary

Soni's client is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions that strengthen security and streamline IT operations. You will partner with cross-functional IT and security teams to understand IAM requirements, provide technical expertise, and implement scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across identity governance, access management, and privileged access management.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, standards, and controls in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Partner with IT, cybersecurity, application, and infrastructure teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
Conduct audits, assessments, and reviews of IAM environments to identify and remediate potential security risks.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues and integrations.
Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing solutions and processes.
Contribute to IAM architecture, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior IAM engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
Support automation and process improvements to increase the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of IAM operations.
