Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst IAM to be aligned with the Customer/Colleague Identity teams within IAM. The onsite role supports planning, requirements gathering, and backlog refinement in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, testers and Scrum Masters to refine Epics, Features and User Stories, and to drive progress across multiple workstreams while ensuring traceability of acceptance criteria and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, PM, or related roles.
• 1+ year of IAM project experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, meeting minutes, follow-up, data analysis and reporting.
• Gather requirements with Product Owner and stakeholders for IAM work.
• Develop features and user stories in an Agile environment.
• Refine and accept user stories with the team and BSA.
• Lead backlog refinement and assign story points.
• Refine epics with SMEs to create features and user stories.
• Liaise with stakeholders, Product Owner and Testing teams.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master to align priorities.
• Participate in daily standups and Agile ceremonies.
• Create dashboards and run reports using Azure DevOps or similar.
