Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst IAM to join the Identity Access Management group. The role aligns to the Customer/Colleague Identity teams onsite at Huntington offices and involves driving backlog, refining stories, and coordinating with Product Owners and SMEs.

The candidate will guide Agile ceremonies, produce dashboards, and enable sprint goals while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst/PM or related.
• 1+ years managing IAM projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with planning activities, meeting minutes, follow-up, and data analysis.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and the Product Owner.
• Translate requirements into Features and User Stories for Agile teams.
• Refine and accept user stories; define acceptance criteria and story points.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to prioritize stories and plan ahead four to six weeks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to refine Epics, Features, and User Stories for Agile delivery.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, Product Owner, and Testing teams.
