Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies Inc. in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an IAM Onshore Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design.

You will drive Governance and Administration programs, onboard large applications, and collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM roadmaps.

Strong SailPoint ISC/IIQ or Saviynt expertise, SSO/MFA and AD/Azure knowledge are required, with financial services IAM experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with substantial IAM experience.
• Expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ or Saviynt.
• Strong governance and access management knowledge.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and design workshops.
• Financial services domain experience.
• Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
• Relevant IAM or security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design.
• Drive Governance and Administration (IGA) programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
• Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
• Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide IAM best practices.
• Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Engage with client leadership and technology teams.
