Job summary

Vortalsoft Inc is seeking a Senior IAM Expert to drive the development of an IAM technical roadmap. The role involves leading IAM projects, defining policies, and ensuring user experience considerations in design.

Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with proven capabilities in IAM implementations and troubleshooting identity issues. Experience with SAML and privileged access management solutions is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Identity and Access Management experience.
• Proven track record in IAM implementations.
• 5+ years with multiple authentication solutions.
• 3+ years with privileged access management solutions.
• Experience with design and configuration of Third-Party integrations.
• Excellent understanding of access control concepts.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update a technical roadmap for the IAM solution.
• Operate as the senior subject matter expert for the IAM project.
• Define policies related to IAM functions.
• Responsible for complex program design and documentation.
• Ensure user experience considerations in solution delivery.
• Lead proof of concept and deployment of the IAM solution.
• Analyze complex cross-functional issues.
