VF Corporation in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Senior Architect, Identity and Access Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver scalable identity services and guide architecture strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with strong experience in IAM.
• Experience implementing IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML/OIDC), PAM, IGA, and directory services.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and identity-centric security models.
• Experience working with compliance, audit, and access governance requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Lead IAM roadmaps and delivery aligned with security and business objectives.
• Partner with technology and business teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Support adoption of Zero Trust and modern authentication standards.
• Lead design and implementation of IAM across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Define architecture standards for authentication, identity lifecycle, and privileged access.
• Drive IAM integration across cloud platforms, SaaS apps, and enterprise systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and platform upgrades in IAM.
• Communicate decisions, project status, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of IAM engineers and specialists.
