ClifyX Inc. is seeking a senior IAM architect to lead strategy, architecture, and design efforts. You will drive IGA programs and partner with stakeholders across security, business and application teams to define IAM roadmaps.

You will design Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and lifecycle management, while guiding application onboarding into IAM platforms and sharing best practices with leadership.

Formación

• 12+ years of IT experience with substantial IAM expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Identity Governance and Access Management.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth and OIDC.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.

Job Description:

• Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
• Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs and enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
• Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
• Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
• Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Engage directly with client leadership and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in IAM.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.

Preferred

• Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
• Relevant IAM or security certifications.
