Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Architect for Identity and Access Management to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver scalable identity services that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security with IAM focus.
• Experience with IAM tech: Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, Federation, PAM, IGA and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of IAM architectures across cloud and on‑premise.
• Develop IAM roadmaps aligned with security and business goals.
• Drive least-privilege access, RBAC models and workload identity controls.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra and App teams for scalable identity services.
• Mentor IAM engineers and ensure governance and compliance.
