Job summary

VF Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Architect for Identity and Access Management to lead the design and implementation of scalable IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, and App teams to deliver secure access and modern authentication standards.

The role requires 5+ years in information security with IAM, strong leadership, and experience with Entra ID, SailPoint, and other IAM tools. Location is Greensboro, NC with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Security experience with strong IAM background.
• Experience implementing IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, Federation, PAM, IGA, directory services).
• Experience designing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver scalable identity services.
• Lead IAM architecture initiatives and modernization efforts; develop and execute IAM roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and specialists.
• Balance security, usability, and compliance in solution design.
