Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to define, design, and evolve the identity security architecture for our global workforce across cloud and on-prem environments. You will partner with Security, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions that balance security with usability.

8+ years in Identity & Access Management or security architecture.
3+ years designing enterprise IAM architectures.
Experience with IGA, PAM, lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures, standards, and design patterns.
Develop scalable identity and access management solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to align identity capabilities with security objectives.
Evaluate emerging identity technologies and recommend improvements.
Design and optimize identity lifecycle management processes.
Develop RBAC and ABAC models across applications.
Ensure identity governance aligns with compliance requirements.
Support IGA platforms implementation and enhancements.
Drive modernization of authentication services and identity providers.
Develop secure access patterns for workforce, partner, and third-party access.
Design privileged access architectures across cloud/infrastructure.
