Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in IAM to design, engineer, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions for diverse clients. You will develop policies, connectors, and workflows across SailPoint IIQ/ISC and Saviynt EIC, integrating with Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and contribute to risk and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC).
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts, joiner/mover/leaver, and access workflows.
• Experience with SoD, policy management, and regulatory IAM controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions for clients.
• DevelopSaviynt/SailPoint policies and configure connectors and rules.
• Implement and manage enterprise IAM tools (AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SSO).
• Architect solutions and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Collaborate with client teams and document designs and assessments.
