Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and Entra ID Governance to implement policies, RBAC, and lifecycle governance.

You’ll collaborate with clients and teams, align security controls with business goals, and contribute to a flexible hybrid work environment with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC, or Entra ID Governance.
• Experience implementing IGA platforms and integration with enterprise directories.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure connectors, workflows, forms, and access reviews in IAM tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
