Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions across client environments. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and Saviynt EIC while leveraging Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO to align security with business goals.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and apply governance, RBAC, and risk management to deliver secure, scalable IAM services in a hybrid client‑facing model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ / ISC or Saviynt EIC.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
• Experience with SoD, access reviews, entitlement governance and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of RBAC and role lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors and third‑party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools across enterprise environments.
• Design and architect IAM solutions and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Utilize directory services like Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP, plus MFA/SSO.
