Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will collaborate with professionals in cybersecurity to learn cutting-edge tools and address security challenges, while aligning security management with business goals.

Your role focuses on implementing IAM solutions, integrating AD/Azure AD/LDAP, MFA, and SSO, and translating business requirements into technical designs for client

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ, ISC, Saviynt).
• Experience with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt /SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining enterprise Identity & Access Management tools.
• Designing and architecting solutions, alongside process design and re‑engineering.
• Transforming or translating business requirements into technical specifications and executing technical delivery.
• Leveraging functionality provided by enterprise directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, as well as MFA and SSO.
